Hello Michael,

I believe my issue is now resolved. I hadn't realized that:

* Punctuation is *not* among the global voice settings.
* Outlook Express has several chained set files. Changing it in msoe.001 
fixed my issue. :-)

Did you enable math and misc under screen?  Does it matter if you use
DEC or Eloquence for this problem?  We are not seeing this.
