Sets can also be included in wepm packages. We will be integrating
set ans script management further as time goes on.

for adding and removing scripts is called "Add or Remove Scripts and
Sets"; however, I don't see anything about adding or removing sets
in this dialog. In fact, that is done in the Set File Manager. Just
