It is my understanding that BANA has not adopted the UEBC.
However: this should not prevent companies like
GW Micro from including UEBC in its braille
tables, because other countries have adopted UEBC
and Window-Eyes, (and other products) are used in
countries other than the United States.
I think it great that there are user definable
braille tables within Window-Eyes, but there
isn't a facility whereby already created tables
can be imported into Window-Eyes. If such a
facility existed, users who cannot wait could
import UEBC. The best option is however for it
to be included with Window-Eyes.
