Yaknow, I was gonna tell him to use the script's check for updates feature, then I went to the help and options dialogue to make sure PI had one, and didn't think it did. Low and behold, it's another layer down, in the next help button. And Peter, this may be an easier way to update than manually downloading and adding the script again, since you're not using Install Packages.

Doug, is there maybe a chance the hotkey assignment and update checking could be put into the initial help and options screen rather than having to click to the second help button to find them? They really are options more than they are help. *grin*

In addition to what Jared already said, you could also open the script manager dialog box. Arrow to the script and reload it with alt-r. If you have it set to automatically check for updates upon start, then it will inform you of a new update. If you don't have this set, then from the script in the script manager, press alt-h to go to help and options, then alt-h for help. There is a button alt-d to check for updates now. it will then inform you of a new update and you simply press alt-i and follow any prompts.

The new script will then be installed. The cool thing is you don't need to manually copy files, install things, edit them, ETC.

Hope this helps.
