You can use the Document Specific Settings dialog to import and export
Browse Mode placemarkers. There appears to be a bug, however, that's

Yes.

could have defined a list of sites, for which the placemarkers should

Unfortunately, for now, you'll have to set them up again.
4. STAFF MEMBERS: Are you planning to extend the placemarker function,
that it could have been used in other applications as well?
You can use place markers anywhere Browse Mode is available (CHMs, PDFs,
etc.). Note that you may have to define the hotkey first in those set files.
