Thanks for the details. I can duplicate this. I'll get it fixed.

1. Uninstalled Skype scripts using Add/remove scripts.
2. Redownloaded Skype scripts version 2.0 from Script Central.
3. Installed Skype scripts by pressing enter on the file from Windows
Explorer.
4. Agreed to the ULA and pressed continue, then install. Got the message
"package installed" or whatever variant of that message came up.
5. Brought up the Window-Eyes control panel, pressed alt F, M and then m
again.
6. Arrowed to the Skype scripts version 2.0 and heard the message that they
were running.
7. Tabbed around and found everything except help and options.
8. Used the mouse movement commands to determine that the help and options
button was disabled.
9. Pressed alt-H and heard Windows default sound confirming that the option
was disabled.
10. Have rebooted several times with no improvement.
