Hi

For installing scripts in general, from the Window-Eyes control panel's
file menu, select "Manage sets and scripts". From that sub-menu, select
"add or remove scripts". From this dialogue, hitting the "add" button
will get you to a straightforward Explorer interface for finding and
opening the .wepm package you wish to add. Once opened, you can install
the package. The only additional step may occur if the creator of the
script wishes to impose any conditions on its distribution ETC. In that
case, there will be an "Agree" check box to check before you can
complete the installation process.
