Ray,
Yes, this would be a problem with the progress control that YouSendIt is
using. They're not providing valid data. This isn't a problem with the
progress bar script, nor is it a problem with Window-Eyes reporting
progress in general. This is a specific problem with a specific
application, and not something to be generally concerned about.

I have to report that pressing the scroll bar progress hot key whilst
uploading with YouSendIt that the hot key also mis-reports the actual
progress, stating 100 per cent repeatedly when the actual upload
progress is no more than 5 percent. (This is using IE7 with all updates.)
So maybe this is Yousendit's fault? Makes me wonder though how other
screen readers handle this page.
If I couldn't see the screen a little this could be very mis-leading,
though I know you can use the mouse keys to get the real situation. So
be warned. It seems that if Window-Eyes is reporting 100 percent on this
page, you should take no notice. I guess common sense would tell you
that 15 megs of upload isn't going to happen in the space of a minute or
so -not on my connection anyway!
Cheers,
Ray.

Ray,
Does the progress bar hotkey report the same information? Window-Eyes
gets the progress data directly from the control, so I'm guessing that
the control itself is in error. Can you send me a screen shot of this
progress bar?
Thanks,
Aaron
