Hi Angelo, you can remove the old eloquence Version 5 from within the Add/Remove programs under your control panel, or by using this very fine script called add remove programs. If you enumerate over the SAPI engines and then go to the eci Eloquence engine then you will not see any engines. It is also possible when yous tart combining them both that your system will become unstable. So it is very important to remove the 5.0 SAPI Eloquence if you plan on using the eci Eloquence.
