Question. What version of WE are you running? If the 7.0 Beta 1. It's beta, it's not going to be perfect that is why it's called beta.
Also Window Eyes 6.1 runs faster then jaws. I should know I have both. Jaws is sluggish and I can crash it before then you can say Freedom of speech. Oops did I used there Trade Mark word? Anyways. Just letting you know Beta isn't always going to be perfect as a finished product is. Get the 6.1 if you want speed. Also If you are using a high end Sapi and have a slow pc with hardly any ram it will cause a lot of slow down even with jaws it will do the same.
