Did you have decaccess 32 window-eyes as your backup synthesizer?
With the problems with eci eloquence in beta 1, perhaps the synth
crashed and Window-eyes loaded the backup just as it should if it is
checked as a backup synthesizer.
I'm sure GW will have eloquence working better in beta 2.

Subject: interesting occurrence

Hi, everyone,

Has anyone else noticed this? When I downloaded and installed the
Beta, I changed the synth to Eloquence. This was the day of the
release. Two days ago, I started my computer, and the DecTalk
Express which I guess is the Default synth that comes up when ;you
install Window-Eyes came up. I was able to reload Eloquence. No
harm done, but what a strange thing.
