Using WE70 beta2, with xp pro sp3 the instalation went very smoothly. With windows xp sp3, beta 2 spoke at the log on screen, but the current user in the list did not speak until up or down arrow was pressed.
WE silent when changing folders until up or down arrows pressed. WE silent on desktop item until up or down arrow pressed. We silent in outlook 2003 inbox and all other message lists. Arrows would not make the items speak. In the we control panel, tabbing through the active file list speaks the set file name, but none of the dictionaries. The insert-s systray option does not seem to work any more--but it did in beta1. With windows-b the systray works but each item is preceded with the words sys tray.
