I am using a toshiba. I'm running windows XP, service pack
three. Also, I tried pressing both the home and end keys, waited a
few seconds, and got the same results when pressing the arrow keys afterwords.

Hello,
I have a few questions:
1. Please tell me the type of computer you have and its specs.
2. If you press the end key, wait a few seconds and press the down
arrow key. Does it speak then?
3. Do the same with home but press the up arrow key.
Can anyone else replicate this issue?
Jeff

Subject: possible bug in latest winamp script
Hi everyone,
I'm noticing a strange bug in the latest winamp script that was not
there in previous scripts. When in the playlist editor, everything
reads fine unless I hit either my home or my end keys. If I hit
either the home or the end keys, window-eyes stops reading other
items in the playlist. I tried this on a couple of different
machines in my house thinking that maybe it was just my machine,
but it seems to be happening on all of the machines here.
