I had a problem and uninstalled all scripts; however, they did not all uninstall. I went into the default folder, and into the uninstall folder which should have been empty. The gwtoolkit and the homer shared object were still listed. I deleted these manually. Then I turned off scripts and re-installed the gwtoolkit and homer shared object. Then I turned scripting back on and all is well again. I reinstalled about 28 more scripts and all are happily working together again. For some reason, the two entries for gwtoolkit and homer shared object stayed in the uninstall folder when they should have been deleted. Hope this helps.
