was the w e 6.1 a fresh install?
if so and if this is the first w e 6.1 cd that was produced there is a bug with
the install.
if it is set to use the default decaccess32 put the 6.1 cd in the cd rom drive.
press escape to get out of the setup. now reload w e with the cd in the drive
to see if it will boot with speech.
if it does then do this.
ugo to the window eyes icon then unload w e.
press shift f10 while on the window eyes desktop icon
and load w e as administrator with the w e cd stil in the cd rom drive.
if the registry is fixed you will be able to load w e 6.1 from now on without
the cd in the drive.

Hi there GROUP!
Have two HDs, the main drive a 160 GB and ghe secondary HD a 40 GB. At the
present I am running the 40 GB. They are both sset up with WE, the 160 has
6.1 and the 40 has the 7 beta. Pproblem, when I boot up using the 160 GB I
get no WE at all. I have tested to see if the speech is present by pressing
the alt tab and then removing WE then attemptting to restart WE the WE hot-key
- 'ctrl+shift+w'. I receive the msg, Window eyes is already running. I have
had someone with sight verify this for me. Any ideas on what might be going on
with the 160 GB HD? BTW, it was working up till around a few weeks ago..? I
have tried running the emergency uninstall on the this drive but to no avail..?
Any suggestions / ideas on what I might try to get the primary drive to work..?
I am open to any suggestions..!
