Same here. Just installed the latest skype and had to press ctrl-shft-win-t
to get the script working. Actually, the script status shows that it is
running. It just wouldn't work until the above-mentioned is pressed. I don't
have Skype start when the computer starts so wondering if that's the
problem.

What version of skype are you using?
I am using the latest build of 3.8. try making sure you got the latest
version installed.
