IE 8 is still in beta.  If you do run it though I'd recommend upgrading to
Window-Eyes 7 beta.  There are many other reasons to keep up to date with
Window-Eyes not just this so that's my advice.

Internet Explorer 7 does not work with Window-Eyes 4.5.
