We are not seeing these problems.
I can open and close Windows mail without any files not getting
disassociated. if this is constant for you, perhaps it would be a good
idea for us to see your machine in our office.
Many thanks.

hi,
i have the w e 7 final on vista basic and i am still seeing the
disassociation of the msoe.gra file with windows mail. this was going
on with w e 6.1 too.
when i load windows mail the default graphic file it is useing is the
graphic.gra file. the msoe.gra file is not even in the list of graphic
dictionaries loaded. i can manually load the msoe.gra file. use save set
file and all dictionaries and it will associate the msoe.gra but after i
have reloaded windows mail a few times i lose the association again.
sometimes it gets lost after sending a few messages.
i have lost the association 3 times now with the w e 7 final in the 4
hours i have been useing it.
if it works don't fix it.
