Hi Paula, As far as I know, there is no way to get Window-Eyes to read the state of these checkboxes. If GW micro staff happens to see this message, I think it's very important that there be a way in a future release to read these checkboxes because many of htem are very important for setting itunes preferences as well as ipod sync settings. Of course, if someone knows a way to get these checkboxes to read correctly, please let us know. Ronit
