I am using a devicecalled MagicJack, which includes software that displays
ads when its window is open. Even when its window is closed, there is an
occasional click sound, similar to that which happens when a web page is
being updated. That click always seems to cause whatever web page I am
viewing, whether in IE or Firefox, to reload and for the cursor to be
positioned at the top. Uninstalling said device when I'm not using it seems
to eliminate that problem.

I'm not seeing this all the time with IE or with Firefox although it
does happen. We plan on addressing this better for the next release.
