I'm using the Winamp script, and find it quite helpful. I was thinking about some possible enhancements which might make it even better. I'm not a programmer myself, so I'd have no idea how to implement them. I'm sure these things are much easier for me to say, and harder for some one else to do, but here goes.

In the current script, the slash, period, coma, and m keys together with Alt-shift control the volume settings. What about something that would allow repeated depressing of the slash key only for the volume, so that it would increment or decrement the volume by a given percentage? This would free up the other keys for another use, such as accessing different aspects of the equalizer. Perhaps the same sort of thing could be implemented with the multiple keys that control panning of the sound.

Just a thought.
