is it reading the first 24 lines before it stops?
if so go to the w w e verbocity\browse mode\new page information option and
change it to read the entire page instead of the first 24 lines. save your set
file.
if it is not reading the message at all then open the o e options menu go to
the read tab control and uncheck the box for read text in plain text. then
click on ok.
