Well, depending on we're talking of, I had a similar issue after i uninstalled 
winamx.  After rebooting, I got an error message last Thursday and chose the 
_ignore option.  From that point on, whatever that script was hasn't come up 
everytime Win-Eyes is relaunched.  Maybe, chosing ignore vs stop script is the 
answer?
