This is not a Window-Eyes issue. You will find that if you unload
Window-Eyes and try this without it running and/or with Narrator
running, shift-tab will still not work. I don't know what the fix is,
but I do know that if you restore everything to the Internet Explorer
defaults, the ability to use shift-tab will be restored.
