Hi again,
I fixed this issue by uninstalling the winamp script and by deleting 3
remaining winamp related files in my script default folder. After a new
install of the winamp scripts the problem is gone and all works as expected.

Cheers,

Hello,
I have exactly the same problem. When starting up Winamp by double-clicking
a MP3 file, WE Speech stops and no music starts, I have to wait for about 20
seconds and then speech comes back and the song starts playing. Running the
latest Winamp scripts on WE 7.01.
Cheers,
  Ralf

I have never experienced this myself.

Hi there. After running the latest version of winamp, something strange has
taken place on multiple occasions.

Whether it be an mp3 or a streaming station, audio is heard seconds
before you hear any mention of winamp window being active. Sometimes, this
results in no speech til winamp window is in focus. I could be in my music
folder find a song and play it and it starts playing and in the process or
until the winamp window is spoken, have no speech til that point.
Sometimes, this is roughly 5 to 10 seconds.

I heard this to be a common issue in previous winamps but I' never had
this til now. Any thoughts here?
Jesse
