Hello Debra,

Here's how you make Window-Eyes speak paragraph marks:

1. Bring up the Voice Control panel with Ctrl + BackSlash.
2. Pop up the Screen menu.
3. Display the Punctuation menu.
4. Turn on the various puctuation marks, Math, and so on.

One of these punctuation groups includes the paragraph mark.

Also, make sure that Word 2003 displays paragraph marks on screen; there's a check box for that on the View tab under Options.
