Oh, come on Steve!  OK, two nations separated by a common language and all
that, but my goodn'ess, what a releaf after speaking to people who are just
reading a script and sometimes sound like a synth!

I know you Steve do support here in the Old Country, but me thinks it is
long over due for us to get together a much more thorough going support
service here, including sctipting support and group training.  Just my two
pence worth!

The one thing that all of us must admit to is when you need tech support and
you don't get your answer from this list you can call GW and actually get a
person who speaks English and believe it or not is in this country.

I called tech support recently for HP and Epson and got someone in some
other land who could barely speak english and in the case of Epson did not
resolve my problem after a hour on the phone.

Keep up the good work GW.
