Hi Sam and others.  If speech loss occurs I hope that GW Micro can come up
with some sort of solution to generate an error report that can be sent so
that they can correct the problem.  

I was on the phone with Dell and was using the Dell Connect software so that
Dell could control my computer.  From time to time Window-eyes woule stop
speaking and were it not for the technician seeing that Window-eyes was not
responding, I would not have known that such a message was being displayed.
The tech had to restart Window-eyes several times.  

Be notified in such a fashion that the staff can find out what caused the
loss of speech in the first place.
