Hi all! I need to let you know of some difficulties I am having with
Windows Mail using Window-eyes 7.01 with Eloquence and all updates
installed.

I read through the documentation regarding the Outlook Express set file
because it also pertains to Windows Mail. When I tried to follow the steps
to make certain I would open the inbox when Windows Mail is loaded, I came
across this issue. When I open Windows Mail from the start menu I'm in the
inbox. However, so as not to leave anything out, I pressed alt-t for tools
and then o for options. All I came across were 10 tabs, but I couldn't find
a check box to check to go directly to the inbox.

Also, I am having to compose this message in Outlook 2007 because
occasionally when in the Windows Mail inbox, I check to make certain the
inbox window is maximized and it is. I press control-n or control-m and
hear only the letter announced such as n and nothing else. When this
happens I can't tab to the various fields nor can I retrieve messages. What
is causing this to happen?

Also, after I press alt-s to send a message, Windows Mail closes and I end
up on the desktop. I discovered that if I tab over to the taskbar, Windows
Mail is highlighted so I press enter and Windows Mail opens to the inbox.
I've called my ISP which is msn, Dell and mMicrosoft and all three companies
in my opinion keep passing the buck.

Have a happy new year everybody and let's not over celebrate! Grin.

Mike M
