Hi Allan. With a 70% unemployment rate what do you wanna bet 60% of the out
of office auto' generated responses really should just read away from my
computer but I want to sound like I have a day job."
Funny to me I'm on "normal email lists in addition to blind ones but none of
the "sighted lists" seem to have this problem and, I know for a fact some of
the list members do have really good jobs money etc they just show courtesy
they don't send the spam blocker messages either.
I really do check to see what list the auto messages come through.
I'm waiting for just one from a nonblind list I don't have to go out of my way
to join.
And, I've been on lists large and small since 1996.
Only problem I've had with some of them is the emails where they can't seem to
cut and paste so I don't have to read one million email addresses before
getting to the meat of the email.
I usually just go to the bottom though and look for the message.
Mike

  Subject: Just wondering, again

I'm sitting here having just received a number of auto-generated out of
office messages from this list. Apparently, some folks at least, think people
care whether they are in the office or not. However, like me, I'm thinking
that most of us don't give a crap.

Guys and gals, please try to turn off these automatically generated
annoyances. Thanks in advance.

OF course, I'll get some more now<smile>. What a world!
