Hello Vaughn,

For your Outlook issue:
Use the Window-eyes feature.
Press <alt>f7 twice and there is a list of all the attachments on an
e-mail.
Left and right arrow to the one you want to open.
Use the context button.
The list of actins will then allow you to open, print, save etc the
attachment you have highlighted.

Regards, John.

Subject: Two Office v2007 Questions

Sorry for the resend: hadn't properly drafted it the first time.

My questions relate to two applications within Office 2007.

The first is Outlook. I cannot work out how to just open attachments
within email messages. I can of course save them to specific document
folders, but often I don't actually wish to save them. Any suggestions
appreciated.

The second relates to Word. I am looking for ADVICE ON HOW TO CREATE
ACCESSIBLE WORD FORMS. I DO HAVE ACCESS To THE Knowledge Base article
which describes this with respect to versions other than 2007, and think
that I have got myself lost in Word's ribbon menu layout.

I am runnning Vista Home Premium with Window-Eyes v7.1.

All suggestions for both problems gratefully received.

Many thanks.\

Vaughan.
