Sounds like you have an Intel video display. If this is the case, I bet your screen is sideways or up-side-down. You need to press control-alt-up to restore it back to right-side-up, then you need to disable its hot keys in order to allow the Window-Eyes ones to work properly.

After installing Window-Eyes on to my laptop after a loss of data and programmes, I notice that I am not able to alter the speed, pitch or volume using the key combination "ctrl-alt+right arrow". This is using version 6.1.
