Hi well this is a problem on your end.  This is simply because you have not
told  skype that it is ok to let wecom use skype.

running skype 4.0 beta 3, for the most part things are good.  one thing, the
skype scripts aren't connecting to the skye com com object interface.  I get
a message every time I use a skype script hotkey something in the realm of
cannot connect to skype or something like that.

 

is that a problem? are people not using the skype scripts with skype?
