Hi, Express Talk is produced by NCH Software, and their site is not down
as far as I can tell. I just tried it and it came up just fine.

another sip phone that works very well and is very speech friendly is
SJPhone from www.sjlabs.com
These are the same folks that produce Magic Jack.
