It's perfectly accessible. There are, of course, tweaks and other
plugins you can add to make the program more screen reader friendly such
as the CListBlind plugin. However, if you just want to add Yahoo support
to whichever version you downloaded:
1. Download this file:
http://files.miranda-im.org/builds/miranda-v080a27w.zip
2. Open the plugins folder inside the archive, and copy Yahoo.dll to
your miranda IM\Plugins folder.
3. Restart Miranda.
You can also safely extract that zip file over the top of your existing
Miranda IM directory to enjoy the fixes in the latest incarnation of the
0.8 branch.
