Hello Howard. Set file manager has been moved to manage Sets and
Scripts. So to get to it now from the Window-Eyes control panel, press
alt-f, m, f. Before it used to be alt-f, f and that could be causing
your troubles.

It seems that I have lost the reference to factory set files; are they
under a different name or headings?
Seems to me I used to be able to find them under the file menu.
