If the gui is enabled, the menus do not behave quite normally. If you press alt and WE says context menu then you probably have the gui enabled. You can press control-g as you said to toggle the graphical user interface option. The same setting is in the advanced setup which can be accessed with f5. Arrow down to user interface and find the graphical user interface checkbox. Just make sure it is unchecked. Once you do this the menus should speak just as any normal menu bar. You can also find the animation checkbox in that same dialog which I also unchecked. Not sure if that was necessary but I did it anyway. While you're in the advanced setup dialog, I'd also go to the alerts and notifications section and uncheck the checkbox that says display notifications on desktop. This will cause the balloon notifications that are displayed in the taskbar for updates or other alerts to be read by WE. Those are really the only changes I made. Yes, Nod32 4.0 is now an official release as of March 2. Hmmm, interesting to hear that Nod32 recognizes screen readers. I had to have help getting Nod32 4.0 installed and was told to use the control-g key combo to turn graphics off or on. Cory, you mentioned something about enabling menu bars. Please provide instructions as to how to do that or any other helpful tricks or hints to make Nod32 work better with Window-eyes 7.0.1 I contacted the script author asking him if he was going to update the Script and there hasn't been a response yet. The script still works but it still announces as 3.0 version 1.5 or whatever it is called, smile.
