If they were looking at the email itself, that was just text, so it
would look like three hundred, ninety nine. If they were looking at the
actual PCH web page, chances are what Loy said is true: the 3 is
probably a larger font size than the 99, indicating, visually, three and
ninety nine cents. If someone can provide a URL of the page in question,
I can settle the debate.

Actually ii is reading it correctly. It is written with the 3 larger then the
99 with no period. A sighted person can tell that it is 3.99 but a screen
reader is reading it like it is.

Hi all I was reading the publishers clearinghouse site and someone got the idea
to show the monthly payments I think without using decimals instead moving the
cents part so you can tell visually.

right and buy a braille sense or something with the savings.
