I use VIPRE available from www.sunbeltsoftware.com and it is very accessible. It uses standard Windows controls and works very well with Window-Eyes. VIPRE detects and removes both viruses and spyware. It isn't free but you can try it before you decide if you want to buy it. I hope this helps.
