Hello. In what format are these calendars distributed?

In our apartment complex where I live, two calendars are distributed
each month. One has events, birthdays, bingo, etc. The other calendar
is the menu each day if one wishes to eat in the diningroom. Is there a
way to read each little square of information individually? Now it
reads across the entire line and is quite a challenge to recall what was
said. Could it be somehow printed in a different format from the
administrators in the office? Any ideas, or is this something to be
worked on in the future? Thanks.
