Wow, I just went to try just that, and I managed to land on the
information bar after pressing the alt-r combo, but decided to look
around, ya know, orient myself so to speak, and the info bar
disappeared. I tried it again, and now I can't get the remember
button to reappear. This was after I had closed the browser, and
signed in again. Oh well, guess you just have to roll with the
changes, like the R.E.O. song says <g>.

Starting from firefox 3.x the prompts are in the information bar. Just hit
Alt-r to get focus to the remember button....

Subject: a Firefox issue with passwords
I don't know if this is is exactly a WE issue, or a Firefox issue, but it is
starting to drive me batty. When I try to get Firefox to remember my
password on the NLS BARD site, I am asked if I would like for Firefox to
remember the password, but the box doesn't focus in a way that will let me
answer in the positive. I think it did the first time I signed in, but I
wanted to make sure that I had entered all the information correctly, so I
chose not to answer yes at that time.
But, since then, I've had no luck in being able to get a focus on the box,
although I am asked the question. And yes, I have maximized the browser
before attempting to give permission to remember. If someone could pleas
help me to deal with this one, I'd surely appreciate your efforts,
