Considering that an SMA for the most part has a value of $100 we would
be cheating the customer if we charged an sma hit for a free upgrade.
So the answer is that if you want a cd, you pay for the cd replacement
cost. Since you need a cd for 7.1 for a 64-bit os, we will charge less
than the normal $20 plus shipping cost for a limited time. This is just
the same as what we did for 6.1 when people needed to install on Vista.
