Another thing which might work is pressing alt-tab to change focus away,
and then alt-tab to bring it back. I've seen this sometimes fix cursor
problems with terminal apps.

Make sure the cursor is set to blink and if WE still doesn't detect it
try control-insert-c.

I'm a recent jaws convert so please be gentle.
When I open an extra session We fails to locate and track the cursor.
When I press ctrl-numpad+ for the cursor location I simply get a beep. I
suspect this means it can't find the cursor.
With sighted help, I'm told when I arrow around the screen the cursor
moves as expected but WE cannot find it.
I've tried to change the cursor appearance but this doesn't seem to make
a difference.
What do I need to change?
Please advise.
Thanx,
John Carty
