Hello. For answer 2 and 3, you can run the convert set files to current
format found under the file menu of Window-Eyes. This will convert them
to Window-Eyes 7.01 format. You can then load them and modify them if
necessary. Depending on how old of a set file they are, meaning from
what version of Window-Eyes, and depending on how much work was done to
make the set files work in the first place, you might be better off
starting from scratch. You can check out our various knowledge base
articles at www.gwmicro.com/kb for specifics about set files and user
windows.

Hi everyone,
I am interested in re-working older set files for a program that will
still run in XP home called Keysounds Kurzweil Display Reader, or KDR.
The initial set files have previously been created but don't seem to be
working.
I have three questions:
1. Is there anyone else familiar with the Keysounds KDR program?
2. Is there a way to update the set files in order to get them to work
again?
3. Is there a way to determine whether or not the set files are still
usable or should they be scrapped and new ones re-created using a more
recent version of WE?
Thanks,
John
