so what you mean is that it will keep the vista look and not have any
backwards compatability?

Well, it looks like windows xp or windows vista. The interfaces are very
similar.

The start menu is like the vista start menu, you do not have the option to
change the start menu back from the windows 7 menu to the old style used in
win95,98me xp... Like you do in vista or in windows xp.

The stability is amazing. To me it is far faster and more stable since
windows xp.

It will take very little learning curve to go from windows xp/vista to 7...
There are definate accessibility fixes, like the icons on the system tray
always read all of the time. I haven't had a icon read unnamed or blank
since I've installed windows 7.

Hope that helps.

Juan

I've been using windows 7 since the 1st day of the public windows 7 with
wineyes 7.01, and windows 7 is 99% accessible. I love it. Vista is garbage
next to vista. And that is saying a lot when vista is a product that has
been out foralmost 2years and windows 7 is still in beta.

I even put it on my main computers.

Take care.
