I feel that this is a good idea. Have a Global script with exceptions for
certains applications. This is similar to Progress Indicator script exceptions.

Subject: found the problem script

I found the script which causes the odd behavior in HumanWare Companion, it is:
set_checkbox,vbs. When that one is running, it makes the highlight read funny
in that program, and I don't know why but now we all know, that when running
HumanWare Companion, you'll need to temporarily disable SetCheckbox.vbs, or the
book you think is properly set to transfer, may not, since Window-Eyes reads
the line above or below where the actual highlight is when you press up or down
arrow. You can be sure where the highlight is by pressing the left arrow after
you've changed the position of the highlight, if you must run SetCheckbox.vbs,
however it is just easier to temporily unload the script while HumanWare
Companion is running.

That begs another question, is there a provision for unloading a script when a
particular program is run which will cause a problem with a particular script
functioning properly, or the program in question not reading properly?
