I feel that this is a good idea. Have a Global script with exceptions for certains applications. This is similar to Progress Indicator script exceptions.

You can be sure where the highlight is by pressing the left arrow after you've changed the position of the highlight, if you must run SetCheckbox.vbs, however it is just easier to temporily unload the script while HumanWare Companion is running. That begs another question, is there a provision for unloading a script when a particular program is run which will cause a problem with a particular script functioning properly, or the program in question not reading properly?
