first, is the 7.1 cd a full install version
i found out the problem. it is the settings in the set files.
you changed how the menu descriptions work in the verbocity dialog.
i don't want to hear all those descriptions and until now i have been able
to
leave them turned off. not any more.
i have to leave descriptions on if i want to hear the context and start menu
titles spoken for vista.
but its funny though. with descriptions still turned off in win7rc the start
menu still speaks but not the context menu until the descriptions are turned
back on.
