Yes I am seeing this, and it's continuing with 7.1 full version.  It didn't 
happen to me with o e while I was using window eyes 5.0, which I was using 
before moving up to 7.01.b  So essentially, for me, it started with version 
7.01.  Others have reported it too.  You can perhaps get a little less of it if 
you maximize yur screen while composing in outlook express.  I wish gw could 
find the sollution for this, a bit anoying, but not a show stopper.
