If you type webvisum into a search engine you can find the site. You can
then fill out a form giving your email and enough about you to convince
them you are not a spammer. You will then be contacted to join. Also
anyone who is already a member can send you a code and you can join that
way.
I chose the first method since I am not sure who is and who is not a
member.
