HiHo, here my ideas:
4) that is normal as long there no scripts which hook up in this menu item
3) try to upgrade all your installed scripts   by going to the "manage sets
and scripts" item in the file menu, then "add remove scripts", then tab to
the update button and there you go
2 and 1) uninstall and reinstall the set files for IE, Firefox and the
Office version you are running

hi I have the following problems since I have installed 7.1 on the web first
I am using windows vista 32 bit problems
1 when I go in to word to read a document arrow up and down I just get a
beep I have looked at the window eyes control panel and word support is
disabled
2 when I go in to internet explorer or fire fox  the tab key don't work to
go to the links
3 when window eyes first starts I get 2 scripts with errors toolkit and
valview errors and it said no error  message
4 in the window eyes control panel  the script menu is disabled.
