HiHo, here my ideas: 4) that is normal as long there no scripts which hook up in this menu item 3) try to upgrade all your installed scripts by going to the "manage sets and scripts" item in the file menu, then "add remove scripts", then tab to the update button and there you go 2 and 1) uninstall and reinstall the set files for IE, Firefox and the Office version you are running
